Company Line:
"Worms 2 is a turn based game where up to 6 players can participate in any given match. You command a platoon of Worms who inhabit a randomly generated terrain, it's time to do or die, put up or shut up, you must destroy the other Worms with an assortment of devastating weapons."

Gameplay:
I personally thought that the gameplay in worms was phenomenal.  You use the mouse to look around, and arrow keys to move and aim.  I found the physics model to be accurate and precise, and the hit detection was very good.

Graphics:
As you can see, the graphics are very cartooney.  A casual observer, not noticing the huge weapons, might mistake this game for an afternoon cartoon show.  Still, the graphics are clean, and bright.  A nice change to all the Quake clones.

Sound:
The sound in this game really takes the cake.  Coupled with the graphics, it makes this game the sadist's dream.  You have little cutsey worms running around yelling "REVENGE!" and "OI, NUTTER!" and "KAMAKAZI!", and screaming "DAMN!!"  when they miss.  It is truly a thing to experience.  A nice bonus that may appeal to some people, there is also a sound editor, so you can record or collect your own sounds, and put them into the game.  Nice.

Multiplayer Aspect:
This game SCREAMS multiplayer.  In the simplest form, you just use one computer, and switch off seats, sharing the keyboard.  This is great, and reminds me of the old console days.  There are the usual direct serial connect (but why you would use that over the hotseat is lost on me...), IPX network, and my personal favorite, TCP/IP.  With the TCP/IP, you can go onto the internet and chat with people, before sticking a bazooka up their ass.  I have played large games online, and the lag really isn't a problem, because the game is turn based.  Very nice.

Overall:
Overall this game is a GREAT buy.  I suggest it for anyone who likes to play games online, seeing as how this game has some of the most stable online multiplayer gaming I have seen for awhile.  Another bonus:  it only costs $30!!!!!!!!!
